Start Your Claim

To log in, use your primary email address and create a password. Please note your password must include at least one number.

Once logged in, you will need to complete the "Auto Deductible Reimbursement Claim Form" and submit the required documents.

Required documents:

  • The declaration or policy page from your Primary Insurance Carrier.  This should include you or your co-member/co-borrower as the Insured, as well as show the vehicle for your claim.

  • The insurance settlement breakdown.  This document from your Primary Insurance Carrier shows the amount paid for your claim, and the deductible applied.  The maximum amount of the covered deductible for your ADR program is shown in the documents you received Online at the time of purchase.  

  • Copy of the payment from your Primary Insurance Carrier.  This may be a copy of the check or ACH showing the payment of the repair to you or the repair facility.

  • Receipt of service from your repair facility.  Please remember that the repair must be completed at a licensed repair facility for deductible reimbursement.
